How to add to Outlook Web:
- Click Select for Outlook above
- Press Ctrl+C to copy the highlighted signature
- Open Outlook Web → ⚙ Settings → Accounts → Signatures
- Click to edit or add a signature
- Click inside the signature box and press Ctrl+V
- Click Save
